Clemson University (SC) - TT Asst. Professor of English - Modernist American Literature[]

Pending funding and budgetary approvals, Clemson University’s Department of English seeks to hire a tenure-track assistant professor in Modernist American Literature. Possible areas of interest include Southern literature; race, ethnicity, and migration; disability studies; poetry and poetics; late modernism; and other areas that enhance current strengths of the faculty. The English Department offers BAs in Literature and in Writing and Publication Studies, MAs in English and in Professional Communication, and participates in the interdisciplinary Rhetorics, Communication, and Information Design doctoral program. Position to begin August 15, 2016. Candidates must have a PhD in-hand by August 1, 2016. Please send a letter of application and a CV through Interfolio.
